What has one of Britain's most exciting new fashion brands, which has already appeared on the cover of Vogue, got to do with trash? Everything. Elvis&Kresse turn industrial waste into high-end accessories. They are experiencing 400% growth, and winning numerous enterprise and fashion awards. By up-cycling waste, they reduce the amount of trash going to landfill and raise money for fire-fighters. Founder Kresse Wesling is in Madrid to teach on the world's first sustainable luxury MBA module at IE Business School. She will give a talk for Madrid's fashion, luxury, marketing and advertising professionals, on why “sustainable luxury” can be a successful approach to business in challenging environmental and economic times. The event is organised in association with Instituto Europa de Design, LID Editorial, Net Impact Madrid, The Authentic Luxury Network and IE Business School. The talk is in English and hosted in the Palacio de Altamira in Madrid.
